Stephanie was an incredible facilitator for our department retreat. The way she worked the room and handled our team with care was phenomenal. Stephanie put a lot of time into preparing for the day in terms of curriculum and understanding our organization. I found that the experiences she led us through has made a significant difference in deepening listening and interaction skills between colleagues that is lasting well beyond the end of the retreat.
