For five years, I struggled with wanting to follow my passion, but that meant leaving a well-paying job in a field I had worked in for 30 years.  Scary!  What if it didn't work out? What if my friends and family thought I was crazy?  What if the window of opportunity had already passed and I was too late?  I tried to move past my fears by reading self-help books, talking with supportive friends, and writing many pros and cons lists. 

Nothing was working to get me moving forward. I decided to try coaching because I knew I needed a compassionate guide who would help me get on the track to action. I really lucked out with Stephanie, because she gently but firmly guided me to see for myself every time my "monkey mind" was taking over, helped me set reasonable goals, and cheered me on as I took each step.  Stephanie helped me see how I was holding myself back even though I was capable of achieving my dream.
